ONE OF A KIND: PRINTMAKING ON THE GEL PLATE with JENNIFER LOVE
Two workshops - register for one or the other or both.
These workshops are suitable for those new to monoprinting with a gel plate as well as experienced printmakers who wish to expand their skillset in an atmosphere of exploration and discovery.
Sat. July 4, 2026: The Fundamentals: Introducing gel printing basics - colour blending and gradations, creating textures, masks and stencils, the use of different viscosity paints, and registering multiple layers. No prior experience needed.
Sun. July 5, 2026: Beyond the Basics: More advanced techniques, such as resist/transfer printing with a variety of methods including using laser prints of your own drawings or photographs. Some familiarity with the basics is recommended.
$100/day. Register for one or the other or both.
